Web design FAQ
I've tried the Internet before with other website design companies and it brought me nothing but headaches…and NO business. Why are you any different?
A. I bought a ten year old car last year that brought me nothing but headaches...
but I still drive a car. Only this time I researched it a little more and realised that it was more expensive in the long run
to try and cut corners! As in anything if you want business to succeed if you're going to do something then do it properly! We have dozens upon dozens of
testimonials on this very site from businesses from all over the UK... Please feel free to read how our existing customers feel about their website designs. It will not cost you to read them!

Why does my business need a website, we're doing fine without one?
A.
'I do not need a website' is a very surprising statement in this fast moving digital age. It's like saying when the telephone was invented that your business doesn't need it and you will stick with sending telegrams come what may! The internet IS a communication tool. We hear of many who quite happily spend £3000 on point of sale advert in a supermarket but think £800 is too much to spend on a multi-tasking window for their business on the busiest high street in the world. Of course your business needs one. It will save you throwing your money on dated paper advertising and Internet directories.
What does it matter how it looks as long as it works?
A.
That's like saying I'll meet my customers in a pink tout tout frock and I don't care what they think. An attractive clearly laid out website will make a HUGE difference. When your website is viewed by someone they will immediately have an impression of your business. If your site is visually appealing and easy to navigate it will become a PART of your business... not just a cheap advert on the Internet. You will be delivering a message that says to both EXISTING customers and NEW customers that you care about presentation.

We don't need to advertise so whats the point in spending money on a website?
A.
Too many small businesses especially see a 'website' as a cheap and simple advert. Saying a 'website' is advertising is the BIG mistake nearly every business in the UK makes. It's scary how so many UK businesses undervalue and misunderstand the biggest communications leap mankind as ever produced. Listen to this...WEBSITES ARE NOT AN ADVERTISEMENT!!!!!! They are a point of reference. If you wanted people to VIEW your website you would advertise the WEB ADDRESS, just like if you wanted people to phone you then you would advertise your business PHONE NUMBER.
Our advertising budget is spent for this year, so why would I spend money on a website?
A.
See above...Are you getting it now?

I'm new to this Internetty thing or just haven't thought about it enough...Anyway even if its not just advertising I don't have time to look at getting a website done, why can't I leave it till next year?
A.
OK... you may be still living in 1980 but you must look at whats around you to serve your own business as best you can. Not keeping up can be fatal in this day and age. Look at 'Woolworth's! A big name that died because it didn't take the net seriously enough. It is now being launched as an online brand. That must tell you something? Do you ever listen to the news on TV or the radio? More people use the Internet now than watch TV! It cost you very little time as we do the thinking for you which is WHY you would use a professional web company for your business. You would not wait a year to get a phone number for you business would you!?
My brother's wife knows a bloke from her job who can knock a website together fro £50. Why would I use you?
A.
My brother-in-law has a mate who can build a full kitchen. It was started 18 months ago and still isn't complete. In fact some of the kitchen has been damaged due to doors not being fitted properly etc. They will now have to pay a professional joiner to fix it all. Need I say more?
